The beautiful old town of Žminj is located in the very heart of Istria. It was populated in prehistoric times and most of the remains from that time have been preserved.

Although it is located at the intersection of roads leading to the sea, traffic in Žminj is not heavy, so families with kids can relax and have a carefree holiday. The locals are really nice and welcoming people.

While in Rovinj, be sure to visit the Church of St. Euphemia and attend the largest open-air exhibition on the Adriatic coast - Grisia.
